For three people...
Put two cups of water in a saucepan to boil.
Get some fresh ginger (none of that powdered crap), wash it well and then crush it with a flat knife, don't chop it! Put in saucepan.
Add about 5-6 cloves to the saucepan.
Add 2 large strips of cinnamon to the saucepan.
Add powder tea or leaf tea and bring to the boil. Once it has boiled, turn the heat down.
Add about one cup of milk and stir well.
Return to the boil, sieve and serve!
